Are you an experienced and driven Site Manager looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a motivated Site Manager to oversee and coordinate daily operations at our installation sites in Pretoria. This role offers the perfect opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise day-to-day operations on-site
- Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Manage site resources, inventory, and workflow to optimize efficiency
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction
- Conduct regular site inspections, ensure proper documentation, and handle project handovers
- Manage installation teams and ensure effective communication throughout all project stages
Must Have
- Proven experience in site management or a supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction sector
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulation
- Valid Driver’s License
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in management or related fields are an advantage
