The delivery fee for home tanks includes both loading and offloading with labor, ensuring a seamless delivery process.
Tank placement is handled by our team, but please note that if a crane is needed to lift the tank over obstacles, the customer is responsible for the associated costs.

Coordinate any required permits, access, or entry codes for a team of five, including the driver.
Make sure that any obstacles requiring a crane for lifting are addressed, with the crane arranged at the customer’s expense.

To ensure a smooth installation process, clients must complete the following site preparations and meet specific requirements:
Site Preparations
Platform Preparation:
Level a suitable platform capable of supporting a 100kPa bearing capacity.
The platform must extend 2 meters beyond each side of the tank's diameter, making the prepared base 4 meters larger than the tank's diameter.
Compaction and Geo-technical Analysis:
The entire surface must be compacted to a minimum of 95% MODAASHTO and submitted to the site supervisor before installation begins.
Provide a Geo-technical analysis confirming that site-founding conditions comply with Aquasteel’s minimum requirements for the relevant tank model(s).
Excavation and Drainage:
Whenever possible, excavate the tank surface into natural ground rather than building it up with fill.
Install adequate drainage during excavation to divert rainwater away from the tank surface.
Fill and Retaining Walls:
If fill is used to level the surface, install appropriate retaining walls to maintain the integrity of the prepared surface.
Surface Cleanliness:
Ensure the entire prepared surface is clean and free of debris, including sticks, rocks, sharp objects, vegetation, or tree roots, which must be permanently removed.
Ring Beam for Commercial and Industrial Tanks:

HSE Compliance:
Compliance with special Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, such as inductions or medicals, is excluded from this quotation unless specified otherwise.
Fittings and Flange Sizes:
All fittings and flange sizes/tables must be confirmed and signed off by the client during the quotation stage. Any deviations after order acceptance will require a new quotation before installation continues.
Power Supply:
Provide a suitable 220-volt power point located no more than 200 meters from the tank for the installation team's equipment. continues.

Jacking System/Scaffolding and Cranes:

Tank Commissioning:
Filling the tank for commissioning is the client's responsibility. Aquasteel will not be liable for costs if the tank needs to be emptied during commissioning before the sign-off certificate is issued.
