We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to join our team, overseeing the production of high-quality steel water tanks. This role offers a competitive basic salary with the opportunity to earn commission based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands while optimizing manufacturing efficiency.
  • Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and raw materials, to meet production targets.
  • Quality Control: Ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications through rigorous quality assurance processes.
  • Production Supervision: Oversee production activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and SOPs.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Manage a preventive maintenance program for factory equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste with effective inventory control systems.
  • Cost Control: Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.
  • Compliance and Safety: Enforce safety regulations to create a secure working environment for all employees.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee suggestions and optimizing processes.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Environmental Sustainability: Implement eco-friendly practices to reduce environmental impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and strong organizational skills are highly advantageous.
  • Ability to manage production schedules, resources, and teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Position: Sales Consultant Partner

Location: Various locations across Africa

Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant Partners to join our growing team. As a Sales Consultant Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initial contact to final handover. You will leverage your sales expertise and technical knowledge to provide customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, industry events, referrals, and research.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct meetings and site visits to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations that outline product specifications, installation timelines, and pricing.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring mutual agreement on all conditions.
  • Project Coordination: Develop and manage project plans, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Site Preparation: Ensure site readiness, including obtaining necessary permits and arranging for site access.
  • Installation Oversight: Supervise the installation process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Quality Control: Oversee quality control measures and ensure all testing is completed satisfactorily.
  • Client Handover: Conduct final inspections, provide training, and officially hand over the project to the client.
  • Post-Installation Support: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-installation issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the water storage or construction industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of water storage solutions and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
