Client Responsibilities
- Site access & permits arranged 48 hrs ahead
- Representative present to accept delivery
- Offloading equipment (crane/forklift) for larger tanks
- Secure storage from delivery to installation
Important: Our delivery service does not include cranes or offloading labour for truck deliveries. The client is responsible for providing these on site. Home Tank deliveries include a 5-person team for placement.

Installation Service
Expert assembly and commissioning of Aquadam steel tanks — shell, roof, ring beam, nozzles, ladders, level indicators, ventilators and valves — to specification every time.

Annual and 5-year structural inspections — including underwater tank inspection and in-water leak sealing — extending the life of any steel or concrete water storage structure. Available to all tank owners across South Africa.

No tank draining required. Our certified diver-inspectors can inspect and seal leaking tanks while they remain fully operational — saving you downtime, water losses and emergency repair costs. This service is available on any storage tank, not only Aquadam tanks.
