Fast-track Steel Water Tank Kits — Delivered in 10 Days
Twelve bolted steel tank kits held as stock, from 42 800 to 1 071 800 litres. Order and pay the deposit, and your kit leaves our Pretoria factory within 10 working days.
Ordinary Aquadam tanks are engineered to the site. That takes time. Fast-track is the opposite approach: a fixed range of twelve standard sizes, pre-engineered and held in stock, so the only lead time is the paperwork and the load. If one of these twelve sizes fits your requirement, this is the quickest route to water on site.
How it works
1. Choose your size
Pick the kit closest to the capacity you need. Twelve standard sizes, all pre-engineered — there is no specification exercise and no waiting for a design.
2. Order and pay the deposit
We issue the invoice against the fixed kit price. The 10 working days start when your deposit clears, not when you enquire.
3. Collect or take delivery
Your kit is ready within 10 working days. Collect ex-works from Waltloo, Pretoria, or we quote delivery to your site by distance.

What the kit includes
Every Fast-track kit is priced as a complete unit. One number, not a shell plus a list of extras:
- Corrugated ZINCALUME® steel shell, bolt-together panels
- Dome roof
- Internal and external ladders
- AquaGuard reinforced PVC liner, tailored to the tank
- Standard fittings: inlet and outlet flanges, overflow and scour
What is quoted separately
So there is no confusion at invoice stage, the kit price is ex-works Pretoria and excludes VAT. The following are not in it:
- Delivery — quoted by distance to your site
- Installation — quoted separately, or erect it yourself
- Foundation — a concrete ring beam or engineer-specified base is required, and is not supplied by Aquadam

Diameter and height are the tank shell. Capacity is working capacity, allowing for freeboard.

Fast-track storage starts at R0.50 per litre, excluding VAT.
Price per litre falls as the kits get larger, so if your requirement sits between two sizes it is usually worth pricing the larger one. Ask us for the current kit price — we will confirm it with stock and a delivery quote to your site.

Fast-track kits are intended for farm and irrigation, game, mining, industrial and commercial water storage. For potable water, fire storage under ASIB, or effluent and process duty, the requirement is specific enough that it should be engineered rather than taken from stock — see the full tank range.
Payment and guarantee
Settlement discount
Pay the full invoice within 7 days of order and deduct 2.5% from the kit price.
Guarantee
Aquadam issues a material warranty against manufacturing defects on panels, coatings and fittings with every kit.
The 10-year structural guarantee is issued once Aquadam has carried out the pre-fill inspection on the erected tank. If you collect the kit and erect it yourself without that inspection, the kit carries the 12-month material warranty only and no structural guarantee. If you want the structural guarantee, book the inspection when you order — it is the cheapest insurance on the project. Full terms are on delivery options and warranties.
