WhatsApp & Meta integration
Our website links directly to WhatsApp so you can message our sales team. When you use this feature:
- Your message is sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, in addition to being received by Aquadam.
- We receive your WhatsApp name, phone number, and message content to respond to your enquiry and arrange quotes or site visits.
- Meta processes message metadata and content under its own WhatsApp Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy, independently of Aquadam.
- By starting a WhatsApp conversation with us, you consent to us using WhatsApp to respond regarding your enquiry, quotes, and related customer service.
- We only send WhatsApp marketing messages if you've separately opted in. Reply "STOP" at any time to opt out.
