The Future of Water Storage
The strongest, most durable steel tank ever built in South Africa.
The Rhino Tank represents a major evolution in steel water storage technology.
Engineered with Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating inside and out, Rhino Tanks deliver maximum corrosion resistance, zero liner degradation, and exceptional longevity — even in the harshest African environments.
No plastic liners. No maintenance headaches.
Just solid, industrial-grade protection — built to outlast and outperform
WHY CHOOSE RHINO TANK
1. Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating – Inside & Out
Each steel panel is grit-blasted, pre-heated, and coated with electrostatically applied epoxy powder that fuses permanently to the steel surface at over 200°C, forming an impermeable, chemical-resistant layer.
This advanced coating prevents rust, pitting, and UV degradation, ensuring a lifespan of over 40 years with minimal maintenance.
2. Engineered Strength
Manufactured from high-tensile structural steel panels, Rhino Tanks are precision-bolted and sealed with high-performance compounds to ensure absolute watertight integrity — from 20,000 L up to 5 million L and beyond.
3. No Plastic Liner Required
Unlike traditional Zincalume or lined tanks, Rhino Tanks have no liners to puncture, shrink, or degrade. The FBE coating system eliminates micro-leak risks and simplifies installation.
4. Modular & Scalable Design
Delivered in compact panel form for easy transport and assembly anywhere in Africa. Panels are fully interchangeable and repairable on-site — ideal for mines, municipalities, and agricultural developments.
5. Aesthetic, Clean, and Environmentally Sound
Available in matte black, charcoal, or industrial grey, the Rhino Tank complements modern architecture while being 100% recyclable.
No plastic, no leachates — only clean water storage.

HOW IT’S BUILT
Every Rhino Tank begins as pre-blasted, pre-heated steel plates.
These panels undergo a multi-stage cleaning and preparation process before the Fusion Bonded Epoxy powder is applied and cured.
The result: a single, uniform coating chemically fused to the steel — not just painted on.
Final assembly is quick and modular. Panels are bolted together on-site, sealed with an industrial-grade epoxy joint system, and ready to fill within days.
